The service is exceptionally accommodating, professional, and friendly, with our stay enhanced by great recommendations. Despite needing a little refurbishing in the room I stayed in, the location is perfect for enjoying the theater district, fine restaurants, and easy access to downtown events. The dining experience provided above-and-beyond expectations, and the facilities are top-notch.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Buffalo NY, just across the Canadian border, and nearby to all other activities we had planned. The rooms had charming windows facing the evening sun and a good view of Delaware Avenue. The service was exceptional, with accommodating and friendly staff. The Mediterranean dishes in the dining made up for the switch in style, offering fresh and enjoyable meals. However, the wine glass stained with lipstick was a minor letdown.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms needed some refurbishment and the bed was uncomfortable, the ambiance was cozy.
